Greative Mind’s story begin?
Like all start-ups, we started with a few crew-mates and an idea. Not even an idea, a CALLING! We wanted to create the brightest and watched content for YouTube and were ready to do anything possible and impossible to make it happen.
Today we are a multinational company that works with actors, script writers, directors, crafters, designers, copywriters, translators, motion designers, and many more creative, gifted people from Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America.
Very quickly our projects shot up with cosmic speed: we started looking for and found creatives from all over the world and gave them the chance to create, express themselves, and grow within the bounds of our projects.
We have received 80 awards from YouTube! Of those, two are diamonds, 15 gold, and 63 silver buttons. Just in a few years we have opened more than 80 channels, our videos have been seen over 30 billion times and this number is growing every month by one billion! Our channels come out with videos in 17 languages. Now you understand why working with us is so great!

1. How do I express my interest in a vacancy?
Click the button “Respond” and write us a message that we’ll look at.

2. How does the process of employment work?
Send us a response to a vacancy through our website. Next, we will schedule an interview or we’ll send you a test task (depending on the vacancy). After checking the test and the interview, we’ll need some time to make a decision. After we come to a decision about your candidacy, we’ll contact you immediately. In the case of a successful completion, we’ll offer you a temporary test period working with us! For more details on each process, please look at the specific vacancies you’re interested in.

3. Is the test work period paid?
Yes! In the case that you pass the interview and test task, we will offer you individualized terms for moving forward with the test work period.

4. Can I work remotely?
Yes. Our company has vacancies that can be remote work.

5. Can I still work here if I have no experience in the Media sphere?
Yes. We’re ready to look at and welcome to the company a person with no work experience. The key for us in choosing candidates is a want and ability to learn quickly, having initiative, and work for a result! And as a bonus, if you’re talented, why wouldn’t we want to work together?
